I went to Quick Lane for an oil change and Briana said I needed to have my rear brakes repaired soon. So I went in about a week later and had brakes/pads done. Whenever I go to Quick Lane in St Cloud I am satisfied. This time I was especially impressed with Briana. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and communicates anything I need to know. I appreciate everyone at St Cloud Quick Lane.

I stopped by Tenvoorde Ford today for an oil change and was extremely impressed. I was immediately greeted by a very polite service writer was in my vehicle was promptly brought in for an oil change which is rare in today's times with a diesel for a walk-in customer. Knowing this is the oldest Ford dealership in America makes the experience even more special, and the pride they take in their history really shows. I spent about 15 years working at a Ford dealership in Thomaston, Georgia that’s still in business today, so I have a deep appreciation for stores with strong traditions and great customer service. Tenvoorde Ford definitely lives up to that standard. Excellent experience all around, and I wish the entire team continued success for many years to come. And the half price happy hour was a nice bonus. It was definitely the icing on the cake

My first experience here. Got the works oil change. The young ladies at the front desks were very courteous, pleasant, and very attentive. They were really keeping an eye on the flow and great about communicating with all of the customers in the lobby. Received the dreaded "this is the stuff you need to do for your vehicle" but it was not high pressure at all. I will be a repeat customer.

They try to sell you on anything and everything. They told me that I only need one spark plug replaced and that my drive line needed to be replaced. I took it somewhere else and they’re like nothing is wrong with your vehicle. They also told me about a year ago one of my sensors was out and it would be $200+ to replace them because they wouldn’t be able to tell which sensor was dead. Nope you can tell which one. They wanted more money out of me. I will not be going back for an oil change ever again.

I wanted to reach out and recognize Chase Olson for his customer service as it was exceptional. While receiving a routine oil change at the Quick Lane over Memorial Day weekend, the service team ran into an issue. Working with Chase and after necessary review and steps taken on both ends, a solution was developed that was satisfactory to both parties. Chase even took time on his day off to work on this resolution. Chase's communication and customer service was second to none. The excellent service I received under his management will keep me coming back to Tenvoorde Ford.
